In 2015, a heart attack at age 57 nearly ended my life. That moment became the turning point that reshaped everything. I committed myself to rebuilding my health, strength, and mindset.

Since then, I’ve completed numerous half marathons, a full marathon, and a global fitness competition called Hyrox. Today, my mission is simple: help adults over 50 stay active, strong, and confident in their bodies.

That personal transformation inspired me to help others do the same. Today, I work with adults, busy professionals, beginners, and seniors who want realistic fitness support that fits their daily life — not extreme programs that feel impossible to maintain.

Before that, I realized my health, energy, and mobility were slowly declining because of long work hours and stress. Instead of accepting it as “part of getting older,” I committed to changing my lifestyle through consistent training, better habits, and smarter recovery.
